Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee; 2. aged from 40 to 70 years old, male or female; 3. volunteer as subjects, and be able to receive experimental drugs to ensure complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. does not meet the above criteria; 2. combined cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system of people with severe primary disease; 3. poly-drug allergies or allergies; 4. mental illness or dementia patients; 5. do not cooperate with treatment, do not follow the provisions of drug users; 6. participating in clinical trials of other drugs or participated in other clinical trials within three months.
