Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia without major molecular remission in the twelfth months after treatment with tyrosine kinase inhibitor; 2. Male or Femal with any ages; 3. The estimated survival is over six months; 4. ECOG performance status of <=2 at study entry; 5. The important organs are function,such as heart and brain; 6. Understand and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious systemic organ dysfunction; 2. Patient with malignant tumor that needs to be treated; 3. Patients that can't guarantee complete the plan and follow up; 4. Joining the other clinlical trial; 5. Unsuitable the trial with other factors.
