Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2) Consistent with Crohn's disease by colonoscopy and pathology; 3) Newly diagnosed patients with lesions within range among right colon to terminal ileum by colonoscopy or imaging; 4) Except for preoperative albumin <28g or Hb <8g; 5) No tumor or autoimmune diseases; 6) Adequate organ function; 7) Patients and their families understand research programs, and are willing to participate in the study with informed consent written.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe intestinal obstruction or perforation require emergency surgery; 2) A history of colorectal surgery, which may affect the digestive tract reconstruction; 3) Combined organ resection required; 4) ASA IV or V; 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) A serious mental illness; 7) Severe emphysema, interstitial pneumonia or ischemic heart disease not tolerating surgery; 8) Continuous systemic steroid therapy in recent a month; 9) Laparoscopic surgery contraindications; 10) Patients or their families do not understand the conditions and objectives of the study.
