Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I~II, aged 18~80yr,undergoing general anesthesia surgery and requiring orotracheal intubation in the first affiliated hospital Guangzhou University of TCM. written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,airway hyperresponsiveness, long-term taking drugs affect blood pressure and heart rate, tumor abscess or foreign bodies of upper respiratory tract; 2. patients with difficult mask ventilation and predictable difficult airway according Difficult airway management guidelines (thyromental distance<6cm, mouth opening<3cm,Mallampati status III or IV); 3. history of difficult intubation.
