Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) BMI =28 kg/m2; 2) a diagnosis of bronchial asthma accoriding to GINA 2015; 3) regular use of ICS or ICS/LABA for at least 2 months; 4) ACQ score >=0.75.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All subjects should have no asthma exacerbation, respiratory tract infection or systemic corticosteroid use in the preceding 4 weeks, parenchymal lung disease apparent on chest radiography, respiratory failure, cardiovascular diseases, current smoking, pregnancy and lactation, autoimmune diseases, tumors, severe depression, plans for weight loss. Those who can not perform long-term domiciliary oxygen therapy in accordance with the study design.
