Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-45 years old patients, male or female; 2) patients performed the preoperative examination and accord with corneal refractive surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are obvious ocular inflammation, corneal dyed, moderate dry eye, in January the use of anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs before the study.
