14 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute leukemia patients (including AML and ANML) at first complete remission before transplantation; 2. HLA matching of the donor and the patients was haploidentical; 3. Patients recieved allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 14~55 years old; 2. Patients don't achieve remission; 3. Patients with heart,lung or kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with mental disorders; 5. Pregnancy patients with leukemia.
