40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the diagnostic criteria of adult degenerative scoliosis patients; 2. ADS patients who accept the orthopaedic arthrodesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemorrhagic disease; 2. The platelet count is less than 100x10^9/L; 3. Patients of coagulant function abnormality; 4. Before patients had embolism events or family history of thrombosis disease; 5. With severe medical problems can't tolerate surgery.6.Patients allergic to tranexamic acid; 7. Patients with Congenital scoliosis or adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.
