Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients of American Society of anesthesiologists physical status I-III scheduled for TKA aged between 18 to 80 years; 2. no alcohol and mental anaesthetic drug addiction; 3. without cognitive impairment, communication difficulties or mental and neural diseases; 4. without gastric and duodenal ulcers or hemorrhagic disease history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a variety of chronic diseases can not tolerate surgery anesthesia; 2. severe heart, liver and kidney failure; 3. allergy to local anesthetics; 4. with extraarticular pain; 5. past or recent history of taking opioid drugs; 6. infection around the puncture sites; 7. blood coagulation dysfunction; 8. ipsilateral neuromuscular diseases/injuries; 9. postoperative nausea and vomiting in history.
