17 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) primary gastric cancer patients between 18 and 70 years old; (2) T2-T4a and N0-N2 and M0 (according to AJCC); (3) total gastrectomy and D2 lymph node dissection is needed according to AJCC; (4) ECOG performance status 0/1 and ASA I-III; (5) no abdominal surgery and immune deficiency disease history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients without civil capacity or with severe mental illness; (3) Patients with other malignancies in the past 5 years; (4) Patients with gastric carcinoma complicated with hemorrhage, perforation or obstruction; (5) Patients with heart, lung, kidney or other important organ dysfunction and cannot tolerate surgery; (6) Can not provide informed consent or poor compliance patients; (7) Patients taking part in other clinical trials.
