Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years; 2. spontaneous supratentorial intracerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT, and the amount of bleeding was more than 30ml; 3. onset within 24 hours before admission; 4. indications for treatment of dehydration; 5. informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary cerebral hemorrhage (vascular malformation, smoke disease, anticoagulation, tumor and stroke); 2. complicated with severe infection, severe diseases related to heart, lung, liver or kidney; 3. moderate and severe hyponatremia or hypernatremia (150mmol/L); 4. with clinical manifestations which confirmed the formation of cerebral hernia; 5. history of mental or neurological disorders; 6. history of congestive heart failure or heart lung recovery; 7. pregnancy; 8. contraindication of mannitol or hypertonic saline.
