Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-80 years; 2. The jaundice induced by pancreas carcinoma or the malignant disease in ampulla of Vater is diagnosed by CT, CTA, MRI, ultrasound and so on; 3. Patients and their families ask only for cholangiojejunostomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor physical condition , such as: The severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, coagulation dysfunction, renal injury or failure; 2. Tumor can be removed totally using pancreaticoduodenectomy; 3. The patients with cholangitis, active hepatitis or other disease that the researcher consider it is not suitable for the study.
