60 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. elderly patients in 60-75 years old,male or female; 2. ASA II or III; 3. lumbar segments 2 to 3; 4. expected operative time> 120min
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative blood pressure SBP>=160mmHg or DBP>=100mmHg or pulse pressure >=60mmHg; 2. serious cardiovascular disease: NYHA III or IV, severe aortic stenosis, aortic regurgitation, severe coronary artery disease, bradycardia, I degree or above atrioventricular block; 3. history of cerebral infarction, cerebrovascular accident or Alzheimer disease; 4. liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. severe anemia, shock, hypovolemic or respiratory insufficiency; 6. history of phlebitis and / or thrombosis, angle-closure glaucoma; 7. BMI> 25 or 1500ml; 9. operative time> 4h.
