Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients in our hospital, diagnosis are intertrochanteric fracture, with PFNA surgical indications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant, tranexamic acid using taboo (preoperative with arterial or venous thrombosis, liver and kidney dysfunction), multiple fractures, anticoagulant therapy can't stop, coagulation abnormalities, open reduction, using long PFNA; with serious medical diseases; pathologic?fractures
