56 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 56 -65 years old, male or female; (2) The disease time is more than 3 months and less than 12 months; (3) Belongs to nonfunctional rotator cuff injury (active shoulder held before the activity is less than 90 degrees); (4) The VAS pain scoreS of shoulder are lees than 6; (5) The rotator cuff injury is confirmed as irreparable Rotator Cuff Tears during operation. (6) the posterior rotator cuff (teres minor) and anterior rotator cuff (subscapularis)are complete or can be repaired completely;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients ages are less than 56 or more than 65; (2) The disease time is less than 3 months and more than 12 months; (3) The patients with axillary nerve dysfunction; (4) The history of shoulder operation; (5) The patients with shoulder joint instability; (6) The posterior rotator cuff (teres minor) and anterior rotator cuff (subscapularis)are irreparable; (7) VAS shoulder joint pain scores more than 5.
