Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PIU meet the above criteria; 2. less than or equal to 40 years of age; 3. past has not been any psychological and medical treatment; 4. were right-handed; 5. hearing, vision were normal, no physical illness or other mental illness; 6. fMRI examination without contraindications; 7. have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the past with suffering from other mental disorders or central organic disease; 2. has a history of drug addiction; 3. with severe cardiovascular disease, cancer and other diseases are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; 4. acupuncture treatment allergy; 5. pregnancy, breast-feeding women; 6. left-handed.
