Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. type 2 diabetes; 2. HbA1c >=7% and <=10%; 3. Aged between 40-70 years, male or female; 4. voluntarily written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes;Other special types of diabetes and unstable glycemic control,fasting blood glucose> 11.1 mmol/L; 2. Diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar nonketotic diabetic coma history; 3. Severe high blood pressure, heart disease, recent use of antibiotics, cancer and autoimmune diseases.
