Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) conform to the appeals for knee osteoarthritis western medicine diagnostic criteria ((1) + (2) or (1) + (4) + (5) + (6), if the patient (1) + (2) diagnosis standard, only choose K - L class I, II and III) and miao medical certificate inter-cooled selection in the knee joint bone for it; (2) Aged 40 to 75 years, male and female; (3) if both sides are diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, symptoms will be incorporated into the heavier side; (4) no history of knee osteoarthritis quantitative treatment in past one week; (5) have a correct understanding on the research significance, the observation and evaluation of researchers with good compliance; (6) have signed informed consent; Note: to conform to the above six patients at the same time, shall be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) do not meet above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, pregnant women or nursing mothers, easy allergic constitution; (2) the concurrent with other bone diseases such as knee joint tuberculosis, tumour, acute injury of meniscus injuries, ligament around, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis and so on do not belong to the patients with knee osteoarthritis; (3) of knee, ankle foot hurt or other outside of the injured; (4) the ankle foot deformity, pain and other lesions affecting the normal walking; (5) the operation of local skin infection or deep have swollen; (6) combined cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious complications or primary diseases and mental illness; Note: all patients comply with any of the above, which should be ruled out.
