Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary participate; 2. Move freely; 3. No limit on the range of movement; 4. Mild sore or pain on the leg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fracture on the low extremity; 2. Osteoarticular disease; 3. Cardiovascular diseases; 4. Cognitive impairment; 5. Spinal core injury; 6. Exercise prohibition suggested by the doctor.
