18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 18- 70 years old; 2. ASA class I and II; 3. diagnosed with liver cacinomor with cirrhosis; 4. Child-Pugh classification A or B, ICG 15min<15%; 5. with cognitive disfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the inflow blood of liver didn't be blocked up during hepatectomy; 2. severy heart or kidney insufficienec; 3. any diseases that affect the administration of limb ischemic preconditioning; 4. patients have ever received antitumor therapy including chemiatherapy or surgery; 5. patients who paticipated in other clinical tril druing the past 3weeks; 6. patients who taked drugs such as NSAID and Vitmin.
