Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Through the SCID screening, Conforms to the dsm-iv major depressive disorder diagnosis standards; (2) Aged from 18 to 60 years old, High school education level above; (3) Have capacity for civil conduct, Voluntarily participate in the study, and Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The score of Suicide Risk Assessment>=11; (2) The treatment is not cooperation, cultural level is too low or merge serious body disease that is difficult to cooperate with treatment; (3) In patients with mental retardation; Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder in psychomotor retardation or mental illness symptoms; Use active substances caused by mental disorder.
