Interventions

The control group (comprehensive rehabilitation training):Kinesiotherapy as a major treatment, with occupational therapy, daily living skills training, traditional treatment of physical factors
The treatment group 1 (RSWT agonistic muscle treatment group): Extracorporeal shock wave acting on convulsion muscle group combined with conventional rehabilitation training.
The treatment group2 (RSWT anagonistic muscle treatment group)::Extracorporeal shock wave acting on anagonistic muscle group combined with conventional rehabilitation training.

35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the cerebral infarction or hemorrhage diagnosis standard; 2. For the first hemiplegia after cerebral episode; 3. Patients with elbow flexion spasm of ?~? level (MAS); 4. Aged from 35 to 80 years; 5. The onset time within 1 ~ 12 months; 6. Can understand the mandatory action; 7. Patients with stable vital signs; 8. Spasmolysis drugs doses for the patients in the treatment and follow-up period remain unchanged; 9. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffered from dyskinesia or diseases which directly influent motor function, such as rheumatoid arthritis, joint deformity and spinal cord injury; 2. Patients received treatments of botox, alcohol and phenol block before; 3. Patients received elbow joint surgical orthopaedic surgery before; 4. Patients with elbow straight spasm more than I level(MAS); 5. With severe hypertension and normal blood pressure after 1 week of therapy is still higher than 180/110 MMHG, atrial fibrillation, unstable angina, serious lung infection, severe renal failure, severe diabetes; 6. A history of epilepsy; 7. Severe mental disorders; 8. Malignant tumors; 9. Limb venous thrombosis.
