Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. Suspected carotid artery stenosis; 3. Two approachs are both available; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Endovascular surgery contraindication; 2. Road artery severe stenosis and tortuosity; 3. Allen test positive.
