Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged above 65; The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II level; BMI 18.5 ~ 25 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. mental disease or have a family history of mental illness; 2. taking antidepressant or antipsychotic drugs; 3. Auditory or/and visual disturbances; 4. illiteracy; 5. serious electrolyte disorder; 6. heavy drinking; 7. a history of cardiovascular and (or) nerve surgery; 8. Patients with cerebrovascular disease and accompanied by sequelae; 9. have obvious heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency; 10. MMSE score lower than the corresponding cultural level of the lowest score (<=20 points of primary school, middle school and above <=23 points).
