Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Irrespective of the patient's age; 2. Be clear diagnosed by pathology; 3. The tumor staging is Duke A or B by preoperative MRI scan and its diameter is not more than 3cm; 4. The tumor is not less than 5cm and not more than 30cm distant from the anus; 5. Have sighed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who can not tolerate surgery; 2. Can not be radical cure in preoperative evaluation; 3. Multiple carcinoma of colon; 4. Recurrence of rectal carcinoma; 5. Have a history of abdominal operation.
