18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients age between 18 and 75 years,including male and female.Diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma for the first time; 2. HBsAg is positive; 3. Not beyond hemihepatic metastasis, In order to radical resection; 4. Liver function being Child-Pugh A.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic disease, can not tolerate hepatectomy; 2. The lesion is located in the caudate lobe; 3. Rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma; 4. Pathology is not primary hepatocellular carcinoma postoperation; 5. Patients with poor compliance; 6. Patients with extrahepatic and beyond hemihepatic metastases.

M2 macrophage; 5. tumor size; 6. the number of tumor;Data related to the operation: 1. operation time; 2. time of vascular clamping; 3. intraoperative bleeding; 4. time of hepatectomy; 5. Intraoperative ultrasound results.;Postoperative complications: (1) wound infection; (2) hepatic cross section infection; (3) abdominal cavity hemorrhage; (4) liver failure; (5)bile leakage.;Postoperative recovery related data: 1. exhaust time; 2. feeding time; 3.
