40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-80 years old, the incidence of 2 weeks -6 months; 2. No cognitive impairment and mental illness before the onset of the disease; 3. The muscle tension of forearm or ankle increased, Asworth grade were 2 or above; 4. Willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients had previous stroke history; 2. Patients with poor rehabilitation treatment compliance
