12 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. with inform consent; 2. patients with AML not in remission or in remission (>=CR2), no contraindication for allogeneic transplantation,such as active infection, liver and renal function damage; 3. Aged 12-60 years; 4. suitable donors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. uncontrolled infection or significant bleeding 2. Organ failure 3. with mental disease.
