Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA class I-II; (2) Mallampati class III-IV; (3) The chest radiograph showed tracheal diameter was between 13 mm and 19mm at collarbone sternal end level; (4) The height of is 160~180cm in male patients and 150~170cm in female patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Interincisor Distance =28kg/m2; (5) Dysfunction of temporomandibular joint; (6) Dysfunction of neck activity; (7) History of head and neck burns; (8) High blood pressure was poorly controlled; (9) History of coronary heart disease; (10) History of asthma; (11) History of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema; (12) Pregnant patients; (13) Patients was scheduled to accept mechanical ventilation in ICU; (14) Patients with cognitive dysfunction.
