18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients scheduled for thoracic surgery; 2. need double lumen tube intubation and one lung ventilation; 3. Age: 18 to 70 years; 4. weight 40~80kg; 5. Baseline ASA score: I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. lung function is too low to bear single lung ventilation; 2. contraindication to double lumen tube intubation or difficult airway; 3. Age 70,weight80; 4. unstable hemodynamics preoperative.
