Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Two weeks to three months after acute ischemic stroke; 2. According to the guidelines for Chinese cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment (2010 Edition), ischemic stroke was supported by clinical features and auxiliary examination. The stroke was first episode, and the clinical classification fit total anterior circulation infarct (TACI) or partial anterior circulation infarction (PACI); 3. Ischemic brain region or infarction was confirmed by CT or MRI; 4. Neurological deficits symptom could be clearly detected in acute phase; 5. The participants were conscious per se, or after treatment; 6. The diagnostic criteria of depression disorder caused by other somatic disease accorded with American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders (DSM-V, ICD-10-CM 293.83[F06.32]); 7. The participants, who had a family history of depression, but without depressive state before stroke onset, could also be recruited; 8. Dextromanuality.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Verbal communication failure (aphasia, severe cognitive impairment, severe hearing loss, etc); 2. Confirmed cases of various-types depression, or a history of major mental trauma within 1 year; 3. All kinds of serious mental disorders other than depressive disorder; 4. Brain diseases other than stroke (Such as Parkinson's disease, encephalitis, multiple sclerosis, brain trauma, etc); 5. Other systemic diseases that have a serious impact on the ability of daily living; 6. A year after the surgery recovery period; 7. Drugs, alcohol or other substance addiction; 8. Nuclear magnetic resonance or transcranial magnetic stimulation contraindications.
