Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 to 60 years of age; (2) there are more than 1 symptoms: Difficulty initiating sleepDifficulty maintaining sleepWaking up earlier than desiredResistance to going to bed on appropriate scheduleDifficulty sleeping without parent or caregiver intervention; (3) the duration of symptoms was 1 months (including 1 months) and 3 months (3 months); (4) the total score of 7 points in the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was <15; (5) signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ready to become pregnant or nursing or need to be accompanied by a child; (2) according to the history and interrogation, the doctor confirmed other diseases caused by secondary insomnia. For example: local pain, restless legs syndrome, sleep apnea syndrome, acute and chronic heart failure, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute and chronic bronchitis; (3) according to the self rating depression tool (PHQ-9) diagnosed in patients with severe depression (score = 10); (4) according to the generalized anxiety scale (GAD-7) in the diagnosis of severe anxiety patients (score = 6); (5) according to the history and the interrogation, the doctor confirmed the need for management of patients according to disease management.
