30 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 79, males or females; 2. Clearly essential hypertension history in the past; 3. Untreated isolated Systolic Hypertension 1: Not taking any antihypertensive drugs, Right arm SeSBP>=140mmHg but =130mmHg but <150mmHg, mean diastolic blood pressure<80mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Isolated diastolic hypertension and or dual-phase hypertension; 2. Type 1 diabetic or type 2 diabetic difficult to cure, Primary glomerular disease; 3. Secondary hypertension, malignant hypertension and other disease which Lead to increased cardiac output and higher SBP such as Aortic regurgitation, Aortic fistula, patent ductus arteriosus, severe anemia, Thyroid function hyperfunction; 4. 12 months history cerebrovascular disease 3 months history of acute coronary syndromes decompensated heart failure, Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, Kidney disease activity; 5. There are clear contraindications to the use of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, or intolerance the test drug, include having adverse reactions after eating ACEI such as palpitations, flush on face, headache, low blood pressure, edema, etc.
