Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient should meet the following five conditions before entering the study: 1. diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria of diabetes in), within three months prior to enrollment HbA1C>=7.0; 2. before this trial began six months ago have not participated in any other lifestyle Research and type 2 diabetes subjects were; 3. Aged 30 to 80 years; 4. Patients and caregivers living together; 5. agree and collaborators. Exclusion criteria
