intervention group:manual lymphatic drainage + compression stockings + education(knowledge of lymphedema + exercise + skin care)
control group:education(knowledge of lymphedema + exercise + skin care)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as cervical cancer; 2. had radical hysterectomy and a pelvic lymph node dissection; 3. had high-risk factors need receive radiotherapy or had 20 or more pelvic lymph nodes removed; 4. no cognitive dysfunction and communication barriers; 5. informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who had leg edema related to recurrent disease,or medical co-morbidities, such as heart failure, renal failure, vascular disease, or nutritional edeme; 2. history of deep vein thrombosis or lower extremity deep vein insufficiency, knee surgery, or other lower-extremity surgery; 3. combined with other malignancies or serious medical illness.
