24 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 40; 2. The medicine conservative treatment is invalid; 3. Refusing or use birth control pills contraindications; 4. No serious medical problems (important viscera function in the normal range); 5. No uterine fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and patients with ovarian cysts; 6. No gynaecology or other malignant tumors; 7. Prepare early surgical treatment of the subjects; 8. The subjects are able and willing to comply with research plan; 9. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients over the age of 40; 2. refuse to surgery, or surgery have doubts; 3. with severe medical problems (severe liver disease, kidney disease, respiratory diseases, heart disease or uncontrolled diabetes, epilepsy, etc., dysfunction of important organs); 4. the combination of uterine fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and patients with ovarian cysts; 5. merger or other malignant tumor patients of department of gynaecology; 6. can't cooperate with treatment of psychiatric patients; 7. unwilling or unable to comply with the research plan.
