50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients aged 50 to 85 (men or women); (2) The patient voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent, and the caregiver participated as a supervisor; (3) The patients meeting the AD or MCI diagnostic criteria according to the recent diagnosis criteria of American published in 2011; (4) Stable clinical condition; (5) The CT scan or MRI was done in one-year and was accordant with the diagnosis; (6) MoCA Beijing version scores>=10 and <=24; (7) Had more than six years education and was able to read and communicate before dementia; (8) The patient was able to complete all the study procedure and had the support from his/her caregiver; (9) The patient live with his/her caregiver or if he/she lived alone, he/she was able to communicate with the caregiver.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe dysfunction of cardiac, pulmonary, nephric systems; (2) The patients who has been diagnosis of Vascular Dementia (VD) by the NINDS-AIREN criteria for Vascular Dementia; (3) Hachinski Ischemic score (HIS) scale score 4; (4) Severe depression, schizophrenia, or other neurodegenerative dementia according to DSM-IV; (5) The patients had other neurological disease or other disease which could affect the neurological performance including moderate or severe pneumonia, Vitamin 12 deficiency or folic acid deficiency, un-controlled diabetes, active hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, cerebral vascular diseases including TIA, ischemic stroke and aneurism, alcoholic dementia, un-controlled epilepsia and autoimmune disease such as multiple sclerosis; (6) The patient can not cooperate with cognitive assessments (blindness, deafness, severe aphasia); (7) Weight 160/100mmHg.
