Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 58 patients undergoing multiple trauma were randomized into mild sedation group (the intervention group, n=30) and Conventional sedation group (the control group, n=28) in Critical Care Medicine Unit, the Affiliated Peoples Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <18 years old, pregnancy, severe craniocerebral injury (GCS< 8 points), drugs, dying anesthesia patients with expected life cycle < 30d, A-2 agonists agent or blocker use in patients with contraindications
