Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the primary osteoporosis diagnosis standard and Chinese osteoporosis recommended diagnostic criteria, vertebral compression fractures caused by osteoporosis, Pain symptoms after conservative treatment 4 weeks still cannot alleviate or to prevent the may cause complications of long-term bed; 2. Aged from 55 to 80; 3. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not accord with standard of primary osteoporosis diagnosis; 2. Age less than 55 years old or older than 80 years old; 3. Vertebral compression degree of more than 75%; 4. Coagulant function abnormality; 5. The later period of malformation, disability, loss of labor; 6. Allergic constitution, and for a variety of drug allergy; 7. The cardiovascular system, respiratory system, central nervous system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system function obviously abnormal; 8. Severe hypertension (SBP>=180mmHg, DBP>=110mmHg); 9. Can't tolerate surgery; 10. Is preparing or to attend other clinical trials.
