Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) at the same time, it accords with the above western diagnostic criteria and TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria; (2) aged between 18 and 70 years old is at the acute stage of gout, that is, the symptom reaches the peak within 48 hours; (3) no other gouty arthritis drugs are taken at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) serum uric acid level is lower than the normal reference range limit (Shijiazhuang Chinese medicine hospital blood uric acid reference range: 90-430 mol/L); (2) were complicated with other rheumatic diseases, cardiovascular, liver and kidney. The brain, digestive system and hematopoietic system and other serious diseases and mental illness; (3) pregnant or lactating women; (4) advanced arthritis, severe deformity, loss of ability to work in alcohol dependent patients; (5) with the activity of the patients with gastrointestinal diseases, and the research of a month before the digestion ulcer patients; (6) allergy to NSAIDs drugs or traditional Chinese Medicine.
