Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) subjects aged 18-60 years old, medium size, both men and women; (2) right-handed; (3) the subject has a regular diet and rest habit, normal sleep, without smoking, alcohol, or other bad habits, no any medication history in past one month; (4) Participant will be non-acupuncture speciality students, not acupuncturist; (5) voluntary signed a informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has a pain history; female in the menstral period, or pregnancy, or feeding period; 2.Has a history of genetic, or mental, or nervous system diseases; 3.Has a history of taking mental or nervous system drugs; 4.Has contraindication of MRI examination, such as dentures, stents, pacemakers, claustrophobia, etc.; 5.With serious cardiac and cerebral vascular diseases; 6.During experiment use drugs; 7.Received acupuncture treatment; 8.Not cooperate; 9.With intracranial lesions and cerebral infarction; 10.Not meet the requirement of the study.
