Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age from 55 to 75 years old; Period of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture25%; VAS scores>4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathological vertebral fracture; Accompanying neurologic symptoms Local or whole infectionIntolerate the prone; Coagulation disorders; Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; History of spinal surgery.
