8 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mandibular advancement titration: 1. adult males; 2. confirmed mild to severe OSAHS (5<AHI<50events/h); 3. no history of Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP). Rapid maxillary expansion titration: 1. children 10-12years old; 2. mild to moderate AHI; 3. no history of orthodontics or surgery; 4. obviously narrow upper arch.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mandibular advancement titration: 1. with severe systemic complications; 2. insufficient number of teeth; 3. contraindications to MRI. Rapid maxillary expansion titration: 1. unable to expand the maxilla; 2. Adenoidal hypertrophy was more than 1/2 of the posterior nasal cavity by Nasopharyngeal endoscopy; 3. Hypertrophy of tonsils was unilateral III or bilateral II degree.
