Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. After admission, acute renal colic was used as the main complaint, and it was examined by b-ultrasound, urological CT, KUB+ IVP, and specifically for renal or ureteral calculi; 2. Aged 18 ~ 65 years old; 3. consent to the study and sign a consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women of pregnancy and lactation; 2. History of drug taboos; 3. There are chronic ureteral calculi, severe nephrosis, multiple ureteral calculi, urinary deformity; 4. In the past, used similar drugs such as stone granule, tenlode hydrochloride.
