Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 40 to 80 years male and female; 2. Standard of diagnosis of coronary heart disease in western medicine was based on the criteria issued in the year of 2000 and the update criteria issued in the year of 2002 on acute coronary syndrome by the joint committee of European Society of Cardiology (ESC)/American Heart Association (ACC), as well as the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction issued World Health Organization (WHO); 3. The diagnostic criteria of depression were based on criteria issued in the book of "diagnostic criteria and classification of mental disorders in China". The scores of the patients were obtained by using the widely used Hamilton Depression Rating Scale; 4. The diagnostic standard of Chinese medicine was referred to the book titled Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment on the common diseases in Chinese medicine: Syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine published by Chinese Medicine Association and the book titled Internal Medicine of Chinese Medicine. The diseases belong to chest stuffiness and pains, palpitation, insomnia, melancholia, hysteria, depressive psychosis, tremor syndrome tremor syndrome, consumptive disease and hidrosis syndrome in Chinese medicine; 5. No antidepressant drugs were taken prior to entering the group, and only the appropriate cardiovascular drugs were used. All of the patients included are voluntary, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Persons with abnormal liver and kidney, with progressive severe diseases (e.g. cancer), with positive pregnancy test or in lactation, planning to have a baby in the near future, allergic to many drugs and participating in other clinical trials in the last 3 months are excluded.
