Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for high-risk group in community crowd: 1. sub-threshold depression, defined by the American Psychiatric Association in 1993,that with two or more depressive symptoms at the same time, the course of more than 2 weeks, have clear social function damage, but does not conform to the dsm-iv mild depression or diagnosis of depression; 2. 19.6% of crowd were found to exist in the general population a depressive symptoms, or a more general population in two or more than two years the prevalence of depression was 11.8%. Inclusion criteria for depression group: meeting the standard of diagnosis in DSM-5; Inclusion criteria for depressive episode group: Aged 18 to 75 years old;Gender not limited; Accord with ICD - 10 depression disorder (current attack) diagnostic criteria; The subjects I written informed consent. Inclusion criteria for mild depression group: Aged 18 to 75 years old; Gender not limited; Accord with ICD - 10 depression disorder (current attack) diagnostic criteria; Scored 14-17 points in 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale; with 12-year or more schooling; with well Chinese reading and communicating capability to finish tests. Inclusion criteria for refractory depression group: Accord with ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depression (current attack), with invalid or minor effect after 6-week/or more thrapy course with 2 different types of antidepressant drugs in the basis of well compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for depressive episode group: with mania (hypomania) history, severe suicidal attempt/behavior, psychoactive substance dependence/abuse, mental disorder caused by organic diseases, severe, active somatic diseases, pregnant/nursing women. Exclusion criteria for minor depression group:severe suicidal attempt/behavior,psychoactive substance dependence/abuse,mental disorder caused by organic diseases, severe, active somatic diseases, pregnant/nursing women,diagnosed as bipolar disorder. Exclusion criteria for refractory depression group:with mania (hypomania) history, severe suicidal attempt/behavior,psychoactive substance dependence/abuse, mental disorder caused by organic diseases, severe, active somatic diseases, pregnant/nursing women.
