Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who correspond to implant standards of CIED, such as pacemaker, ICD or CRT; 2. Patients who was diagnosed as pacemaker pocket infection (such as abscess, diabrosis, bare CIED), bloodstream infection (bacteremia) and infective endocarditis (valve or lead involvement); 3. Aged 18 years and elder; 4. Be willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy is less than 1 year of end-stage diseases; 2. Patients who rufuse to remove CIED system; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Other conditions determined by researchers should be excluded.
