Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal fistula patients combined with abdominal infection,abscess and conservative treatment ineffectively; 2. Aged from 18-75 years; 3. Female without pregnancy plans and strict birth control; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the consent file.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The researcher think that there may be a history of confounding results or other additional risks; 2. Patients with rapidly deteriorating or end-stage disease, in the study procedure may be dead; 3. Patients have attended other clinical trial; 4. Glucocorticoid has used before surgery.
