18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-70 years, BMI <34; 2) ASA I ~ III grade; 3) elective unilateral arthroscopic meniscal repair angioplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with nerve block Contraindications: coagulopathy, puncture site infection, can not cope with puncture, local anesthetic allergy; 2. the patient pregnant or lactating; 3. the patient can not cope with postoperative follow-up, such as illiteracy, hearing impairment and mental disorders; 4. patients with a history of drug abuse; 5. diabetic peripheral or neuropathy patients; 6. patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 7. combined limb muscle strength is not normal or nerve damage.
