20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? femal 20-40 years old; ? 7.9 2 and FSH>7;FSH/LH>2 and E2>80pg/ml(one in three above); ? with a history of infertility or spontaneous abortion; ? Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? with severe heart, Liver, kidney, or brain disease; serious body disease; malignant tumor; ? Vaginal bleeding of unknown origin; ? thyroid disease or hyperprolactinemia; ? other Infertility reasons such as the male factors, genetic factors, immune factors, infection genital tract, or anatomy anomalies; ? For nearly three months use of sex hormone drugs or taking part in other clinical trials; ? not sign the informed consent.
